The Office
The Fernandes Melo Law Firm, is headquartered in Brasilia/DF, and has officer’s representations located in Goiânia/GO, Rio de Janeiro/RJ and in Madrid/Spain, also with coordination at the national level. It operates mainly in the areas of public law, administrative, business, economic law, international, tax and banking.

The office also works on causes within the administrate agencies of the federal government, Taxpayers Council, Council for the Welfare Resources and the Administrative Council of Economic Defense - CADE and maintains broad framework for the monitoring of cases in the Supremo Tribunal Federal (Federal Supreme Court) STF, Superior Tribunal de Justiça (Superior Court of Justice) STJ and Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (Superior Court of Labour) TST. Since January 2007 has a new system of digital processes which facilitates and accelerates the monitoring and decision making of the team and its clients
